Interesting does Labour run Westminster council want to fall out with central government and the mayor? Work within the tent and collaborate. It won’t be easy but it’ll happen eventually. Just a case of drawing a sensible red line and including Soho seems pretty sensible. Fitzrovia and Mayfair and Marylebone not so straight forward.
