As a fairly regulars user, mainly passing through, I have experienced the difficulties but they are nothing to compare with what will be coming. 5th Studio (who I know) are certainly up to the challenge and need all the support they can get to be bold. But as you imply the subdivision back to 4 boroughs is not going to make things any easier.
